From its inception in 1998, In-Laws Construction LLC has built a lengthy list of satisfied customers from projects including small and large industrial developments, multi-unit dwellings, single family homes and more.

A master craftsman, owner Roger Demanche has beenrecognized statewide as one of the largest contractors in the state (New Hampshire Business Review) and as theRemodeler of the Year (2006).

Currently serving as Vice President/Treasurer of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association ofNew Hamphire (HBRANH), Roger is also active in the local association, Southern NH Home Builders and Remodelers Association (Southern), serving on the state nominating committee for the HBRANH, acting as president of the local association (Southern) for two (2) years, serving seven (7) years on the board, and memberships on the first "President's Council", the Sales and Marketing Council, and the Golf Tournament Committee for four (4) years.

His leadership role in the building industry also includes participating as one of the founding fathers of the Northern New England Construction Trade show.

As Builder of the Year (2006), Mark instills confidence in every homeowner and business owner that In-Laws Construction serves. A Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), and Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), VP of Construction Mark Pederzini, is widely known as one of New Hampshire's top builders.

Currently serving as President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hamphire (HBRANH), Mark has also held positions at the state level as Vice President and Treasurer. Also active in the local association, Nashua Area Home Builders and Remodelers Association (NAHBRA), earning a position as president, and serving ten (10) years on the board. Mark also sits on the President's Council, the Sales and Marketing Council, and serves as chairman on the Yard Sale fundraiser.
